Moving along. At this stage it's tempting to put in the darkest darks for context, like the small triangle of deep shadow in the hair. Every thing seems so heavy against the stark white backround. My favorite time, creating a piece, is the very end, where I add the touches of highlights and darks. In a short time a piece can just sing. Aways off from now, but I think it's off to a decent start.
